Xenopsychology, for Minds That Aren’t Human

The project defines xenopsychology through four activities: understanding different cognition, translating across cognitive distance, evaluating behavior, and shaping human relationships with artificial minds. Its opening research agenda asks how non-biological systems represent meaning, whether persistent memory can produce stable behavioral identity, and how trust might work across uninspectable cognition. A companion lexicon begins with “Cognitive Distance,” while the site also organizes material under research, observatory, academy, insights, and archive sections.
