The visible calculator accepts both recurring overpayments and one-off mortgage lump sums, then works out interest savings and the effect on the payoff date. It can also place the same payments beside an investing scenario, while exposing the assumptions rather than ranking an option as best. The project says calculations stay in the browser, with no signup, adverts, cookies, or cross-site tracking. A two-year-versus-five-year fixing calculator is identified as the next planned tool.
