The project models a harness as a roster of agents plus the rules, commands, hooks, and MCP servers that govern them. Its Forge resolves named recipes into target-specific files, while a lockfile and registry preserve workspace state across separate team remotes. The worked example spans Claude Code and Kiro, reports four writes and one orphan removal, and flags a hand-edited agent for diff or overwrite handling. The page labels this Phase 0 and says it was validated against a hand-built workspace with an oracle test.
