The Arena Puts Generative Art on Trial
A generative-art research gallery where language models make HTML artworks, then face blind tests about authorship and honesty.
Field notes
The project organizes model-generated HTML pieces into six named rounds, each built around a different constraint or question, from what a piece retains in MOULT to whether anything actually ends in ESCHATOLOGY. Its separate attribution test draws fifteen entries from a 108-entry pool and compares visitor guesses with labels taken from API metadata. The site says those guesses stay in the browser and that its galleries exhibit entries without ranking them.
