AMS, the offline inspection layer for heavy industry
AMS records inspections, defects, measurements and risk assessments for mining, smelting and process plants, then connects findings back to an existing maintenance system.
Field notes
The product overlays an existing maintenance system rather than asking an industrial operator to migrate away from it. Its mobile workflow caches master data, completes rounds in a local database and uploads the queue after connectivity returns. A configured answer can produce a populated defect notification containing equipment codes, priority, comments, measurements, photos and round provenance; the sample pump-house screen shows one defect raised after three of fourteen answers.
