Field notes

The demo uses a fictional inbox to show how assistance might sit inside an ordinary mail reader rather than replacing it with chat. In one example, Flora Mail extracts a Friday 5:00 PM deadline from a PHYS 204 message while retaining the original email. Its proposed control model moves from fully manual use through information, suggestions, approved rules, and narrowly scoped delegation.
