The workflow accepts e-Okul Word exports as well as Excel and CSV files, then lets staff define room geometry, close unusable seats, and move individual students without discarding the rest of the arrangement. Its stated placement rules cover same-class adjacency, grade-level sequencing, and designated pairs who must be separated. The output stage produces six A4-oriented document types, including room diagrams, proctor attendance sheets, student cards, and split exam-paper files.
