QCTool: The AQL Sampling Calculator
A multilingual quality-control calculator that turns lot sizes and inspection levels into AQL sample quantities, acceptance numbers, and rejection numbers.
Field notes
The tool combines standards-based lookup tables with a row-level inspection worksheet. Its visible inputs cover inspection levels I, II, III, and S-1 through S-4, while the AQL table spans values from 0.065 to 6.5 for Critical, Major, and Minor defects. The detail workflow can track carton counts and opening counts, then select carton numbers manually or by non-repeating random draw. Copy controls and Excel/Word export are present alongside a sample-data loader.
