The workflow starts with a room, a photo, and a spoken instruction, then produces an editable PDF that can be sent through an existing text or email thread. The site describes six report modes, including trade lists, meeting notes, punch lists, and daily logs. Its daily-log mode also attaches photos, dates the entry, retrieves address-based weather from the National Weather Service, and records partial or full weather delays.
