StitchQuote, a DST file inspector for embroidery work
A browser-based utility that reads Tajima DST embroidery files and shows stitch count, dimensions, color stops, and a rendered stitch path.
Field notes
StitchQuote distinguishes normal stitches from jumps and header data, while also reporting the decoded path’s width and height in millimetres. Its color-stop readout counts sections without pretending to identify thread colors. The page says processing happens in browser memory, with no DST upload endpoint, account, or server-side file handling. A separate iPhone workflow is described as adding pricing rules, quote calculations, history, and saved settings, but that release is still pending.
