The workflow separates two kinds of animation: uploaded text G-code can show deposition order and toolpaths, while STL or GLB geometry produces a smoother layer reveal aimed at preserving surface appearance. The editor includes camera angle, field of view, model placement, lighting, contact shadow, and background controls for matching a photographed scene. Current format limits are explicit: 3MF and binary G-code are excluded, STL colors are not imported, and automatic slicing is not available.
