Carry combines iCloud-synced Mac material with phone-only inputs such as Health, Location, and a share-sheet inbox, then writes the result to ~/.carry/context/ as Markdown. The sample daily file is rewritten every 15 minutes and includes sections for sleep, places, screenshots, voice memos, notes, and calendar entries. Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor can read the folder directly, while carry MCP and carry search provide agent-oriented access.
