The wall accepts short public notes with optional names, stickers, and paper colors, then redistributes free notes toward the edges as later submissions arrive. Gold notes expand the writing limit to 400 characters plus stickers, receive a unique number, and remain in the centre until November 13 for a one-time $9 payment. The page attributes its date to a 1960 Science paper and explicitly says the prediction does not mean the world will end.
