Meat Locker
A planned iPhone app for posting photographs of meat, from backyard smokers and butcher counters to the plate.
Field notes
Meat Locker is organized around cooking sequences rather than single food photographs: users are expected to post up to seven images in the order a cook happened, then identify the cut, seasoning, and method from fixed lists. A personal “locker” would collect equipment such as a smoker, kettle, or griddle. The homepage says every image will be reviewed by a person before publication, with posts taking a few minutes to appear. The iPhone app is still described as in development.
