The proposed workflow starts with a CSV containing products, SKUs, and units, then accepts order text copied from an existing email or messaging channel. It keeps the source message beside proposed matches and marks unresolved cases such as an unspecified quantity for human review. The page explicitly excludes stock changes, pricing decisions, order acceptance, and ERP writes. Its planned assisted pilot covers up to 100 orders over two weeks for a stated €249 fee, subject to agreed scope and terms.
