The onboarding establishes a baseline from birth date, height, weight, and activity level before the app moves into meal capture. Its photo workflow asks users to place a fist beside the food and permits restaurant, night-market, landmark, portion, and spice notes as additional context. The interface also connects planned Apple Health and Health Connect imports to calorie-balance calculations. Daily, weekly, and monthly coaching analyses consume displayed Token amounts, while several integrations and server-verified rewards remain marked as forthcoming.
