The tool accepts PDFs one at a time or in batches and presents extracted rows beside the source statement’s running figures. Its verification logic has three visible outcomes: row-by-row running-balance confirmation, total confirmation using opening and closing balances, or an explicit inability to verify when no closing balance is printed. Output includes a QuickBooks-oriented CSV with Date, Description, and Amount columns, while paid capacity ranges from a 50-page pack to 2,500 pages per month.
