The application uses a local database for client records, invoices, income, and expenses rather than requiring a cloud account. Its invoice workflow covers NDIS item lookup, service dates, rates, GST treatment, PDF generation, prepared email text, and draft/sent/paid status. The included pricing catalogue can be searched by item number or name and updated by importing a schedule PDF. Expense categories feed an end-of-financial-year CSV export with net profit calculated.
