Its output is divided into possible foal colors, genotype details, and an inheritance summary by locus. The page says unlisted traits stay at neutral defaults and that no genotype priors are assumed. It limits the model to base color and common modifiers, leaving rare variants, breed-specific effects, and health testing outside the calculation.
