The Railway Dispatch: A Railway Journey by Post
A monthly subscription sends a three-part railway story in envelopes containing replica tickets, maps, timetables, menus, documents, and other period-style paper artifacts.
Field notes
The project packages a three-part railway mystery as monthly physical mail. Its first cycle follows the 1936 Euston–Inverness night sleeper and includes period-sized replicas such as an Edmondson ticket, a folded route map, a timetable, a luggage label, and dining-car material. The page says the pieces are printed, cut, folded, strung, stamped, and finished by hand in the West Midlands, with each replica marked as such. The first envelope is scheduled to post in November 2026.
