Field notes
The project uses SQLite FTS5 for whole-corpus search and exposes structured lookups alongside a read-only SQL escape hatch. Its inventory reaches beyond saints and popes into feast days, dioceses, miracles, canonizations, religious orders, liturgical seasons, and local calendars. The documented workflow is local rather than hosted: users clone the repository, install the MCP package, create a virtual environment, and register the server with Claude.
