Flyscapee separates biological evidence from simulation choices instead of presenting the experiment as a literal fly brain in a game. Its proposed comparisons include the measured topology, a shuffled-topology control, and a matched-parameter RNN baseline, with success tracked over repeated trials. The captured interface exposes controller decisions and reward fields, but reports no current client response and says the connectome extract was unavailable.
