Knovara routes workplace questions through a personal Microsoft Teams chat and searches enabled SharePoint sites under the user's existing Microsoft 365 permissions. Its action flow is deliberately staged: approved templates and list updates appear as previews, and list changes are checked against intervening edits before saving. The site also describes one isolated deployment per customer, in the customer's cloud account and chosen region, with no document text stored.
