Field notes
The cooperative organizes self-help groups of five to eight young adults with developmental disabilities, supported by two facilitators, around decisions about daily activities and community participation. Its Bbaemurak workshop combines vocational training with hands-on making, including waste-wood work, soap, natural dyeing, textiles, ceramics, and calligraphy. Dalkkum Cafe provides training in coffee production, baking, customer service, and store management. The site also links annual activity and donation-use reports, including records for 2021 through 2023.
