BizRelay frames project oversight as a morning exception report rather than another task database. Its examples use elapsed business days—such as an unanswered quotation after 14 days or an unissued invoice six days after acceptance—and the page says unresolved items disappear after action. Visibility is configurable across owner, manager, and member roles, with separate financial display rules for email or Slack destinations. Gmail and calendar import are described for Google users, while other workflows can be entered manually.
