BAMSTAR frames night work as both an accounting problem and a persistence problem. Its proposed workflow combines date-based shift entry with stored workplace rates, income projections, goal progress, and attendance streaks. The social layer is deliberately small: Night Groups hold three to ten members, with shared quests, chat, rankings, and encouragement. Star Candy remains an in-app reward rather than cash, and the site says the service is planned for autumn 2026.
