Field notes
The registry separates case entry from reference material: clinicians can record access, anticoagulation, delivery settings, treated regions, acute outcomes, complications, and later recurrence. Its inclusion rule accepts any pulsed-field system for atrial fibrillation while excluding radiofrequency, cryoballoon, hybrid, and surgical procedures. The center directory currently names 20 catheter-lab locations, but its procedure counts are explicitly marked as demonstrations until confirmed records are supplied.
