n0t f0und’s Living Worlds
An interactive WebGL experiment where visitors cultivate alien ecosystems, introduce species, trigger events, and exchange life between saved worlds.
- For
- Visitors who enjoy experimental browser worlds
- Worth noticing
- A single server queue broadcasts one 10-minute sky signal across every world.
Field notes
The project combines a browser-based ecosystem sandbox with a shared messaging layer called Sky Signals. Visitors can plant species, inspect before-and-after states, and exchange colonies between saved worlds; the interface says hybrids combine both parents while preserving their origins. Research points are presented as discovery records rather than currency, with 100 points assigned to new guest accounts and 25 required for a ten-minute signal reservation.
