The method section defines the denominator as cases in the public PFU database, not necessarily every complaint received, and says obvious anonymization values and technical junk are filtered from complainant groupings. It flags gaps in older structured Vær Varsom-plakaten data and notes that historical cases may have been assessed under earlier versions of the code. The homepage says the underlying dataset can change when PFU updates its database.
