Overdue tests move to a “Missed” state and start a 30-day countdown; the page also describes location- and role-based visibility, audit logs, and dashboards for arrival rates, visits per plan of care, and productivity. Hamilton says the current integration uses Salesforce between the app and CareCloud, with Salesforce refreshing from CareCloud every 30 minutes.
