A soundtrack for the tiny dragon’s boss fight
An open-source Python framework lets coding agents compose instrumental cues locally, with editable scores.
- For
- Developers adding editable music to games, videos, or slides
- Worth noticing
- The sample agent brief asks for separate 16-second battle and 2-second victory cues, each delivered as WAV.
Field notes
The downloadable v0.2.0 package is intended to sit in a project folder: a coding agent reads the bundled SKILL.md and llms.txt, installs Python dependencies, then composes, validates, and renders locally. Requested deliverables include WAV, MIDI, editable score JSON, generated Python source, and a render report, so revisions can happen at note level rather than by replacing a finished audio file. The project explicitly limits its output to instrumental music and cues, not speech or sound effects.
