- Worth noticing
- The ZX Spectrum mode models INK, PAPER, shared BRIGHT, and ULA+ within 8 × 8 attribute cells.
Field notes
The page distinguishes machine-specific modes rather than treating retro graphics as one interchangeable format. Its examples include the ZX Spectrum’s INK, PAPER, shared BRIGHT, and ULA+ settings, plus Timex Hi-Res half-width pixels. For Spectrum Next, it names Layer 2, LoRes, sprites, and tiles, with indexed palettes drawn from the machine’s 512 colors.
