Lotwell replaces HOA parking lists with anonymous stall checks

Field notes

The page describes four role-specific views: owners manage their own vehicles and passes, renters receive access through an owner, gate staff see verdicts and file notes, and the board manages property rules and records. It also says rule changes are versioned, so a past note retains the rules in effect at the time. Spreadsheet imports are previewed for changes before saving.
