Field notes
The site lays out a four-stage model—recover, cultivate, connect and redistribute—linking seed and knowledge recovery with seasonal supply for chefs, hotels and restaurants. Its 2025 indicators include eight farming families connected to formal value chains and 180 participants in agro-gastronomic experiences; these are figures reported by the project. The site also offers separate routes for research proposals, hospitality partnerships, press enquiries and visits.
