A free Windows PDF viewer designed to put the document—not toolbars, menus, or settings—in the window.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-03 issue.

For: Windows users who want a pared-back PDF viewer
Worth noticing: The seven rules include no preferences file or registry keys, and make mouse gestures or keys handle every action.

Field notes

The stated interaction model replaces visible controls with mouse gestures or keys for zooming, scrolling, paging, opening, moving, maximizing, and closing. Temporary page or zoom indicators and a hairline scroll mark appear during changes, then fade; the site says its rendering is drawn at the monitor's device-pixel scale. The first release is identified as 1.0.0 and in testing, while Minimal AI is listed as a future project.
