A token-burning receipt for Claude Code
showmytokens turns Claude Code usage into a shareable receipt with token totals, session stats, streaks, and a heatmap.
- For
- Claude Code users who track or share usage
- Worth noticing
- A dry-run command prints the exact proposed sync payload and sends nothing.
Field notes
Users authenticate with email, choose a handle, then run `npx showmytokens login`; the CLI reads Claude Code usage and can optionally add small hooks for automatic syncing. The homepage says prompts, replies, code, filenames, and project paths stay local, while daily session and message counts, per-model token totals, hourly message counts, and the sync date are sent. A dry-run option previews the proposed payload without sending it; support for other coding tools is still planned.
