Cyprus’s street-animal map has an offline mode

Field notes

The reporting flow requires a photo; users can add whether the animal is a cat or dog and mark it stray or lost, with a short note optional. The homepage says reports made without signal remain on the phone and upload later. It displays sample entries, including a found animal named Milly Mix, and lists adoption, poison alerts, nearby vets, and microchip checks in its navigation.
