Editorial interest 76/100 Selection signal · not a rating of the site

A browser-based editor for stacking photo effects, saving PNGs, and reusing or sharing effect presets.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-03 issue.

For: People building reusable looks for photographs
Worth noticing: Effect stacks can be exported as Filter Specification JSON and imported into Aimless, the maker’s no-map walking app.

Field notes

The editor exposes layer ordering and per-layer comparison switches, alongside a Surprise control for effects. Presets remain in the current browser unless exported; the page describes a single JSON backup that can be imported on another device. Its Code tab presents the current stack as a Filter Specification, intended to render through the shared engine and to be imported into Aimless.
