Field notes
The foundation says it was legally established in 2025 to continue work begun by the local community group Balaram Mangrove Heroes, led by I Nyoman Ridet Artikanaya. Its activity list names collaborations with UPTD Tahura Ngurah Rai, universities, schools, hotels, and companies; dated examples include a planting of 4,000 mangrove seedlings with LMI Bali. The homepage gives daily visiting hours and explains that hatchling releases take place during the hatching season.
