AddrMask makes Solana addresses screenshot-ready
A browser-based tool that turns Solana addresses into shortened shareable cards and redacts addresses in pasted text.
- For
- Solana users sharing wallet addresses publicly
- Worth noticing
- It warns that matching the first and last characters can be exploited by look-alike-wallet poisoning scams.
Field notes
The card controls let users set the readable characters at either end, choose a gap mark and palette, add an optional caption, and export in either of two image sizes. A separate paste tool identifies strings decoding to 32-byte Solana keys, with signature and 0x-address handling available as options. The field notes stress that visual shortening does not alter an address and that contextual details such as balances or token names can still reveal information.
