Field notes
The page frames access as something earned: members make a promise, hold to commit, and wait for the chosen apps to unlock when the task counts. It describes Apple Health checks for workouts and sleep, plus a nighttime lock that leaves essentials available until the alarm. Membership is currently described as free while the club is young; future free access is tied to referrals or posting a four-week video journey.
