The worked example begins with a note about someone's family member, then separates its source text from extracted items such as a work change, a plan, and an instruction to avoid a topic. It also labels a city value as proposed and client-owned, rather than silently treating it as recorded fact. The quickstart calls for Node 22 or later and lists zod 4 as the only dependency.
