Field notes
The page describes two deployment options: an open-source model on a computer in the home, or a private server, with a separate in-home hub for lights, locks, and routines. It says door, garage, and alarm changes require confirmation by default, while household staff can receive limited access; the listed package starts at $4,995 and includes setup and ongoing care. Its privacy and data-handling statements are the company's claims, not independently evidenced in the extract.
