- Worth noticing
- The Bandipur account traces how a two-kilometre walk to a safari became an encounter with four or five tigers.
Field notes
Stories are organized as sequential “walks,” with dates and place labels, and can be entered from a linked map or a single-frame collection. In the Bandipur account, the narrator and a friend walk two kilometres to reach the safari; a deer’s alarm behavior helps them spot a tiger, with four or five sightings on that drive. The Tanzania chapter says the travelers took loans and camped inside the parks, preserving travel costs and logistics alongside the wildlife.
