Editorial interest 81/100 Selection signal · not a rating of the site

A Mac mail app that labels incoming messages and gathers the ones it thinks are waiting for a reply.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-08 issue.

For: Mac users sorting mail across supported accounts
Worth noticing: Labels are written into the mailbox, so the page says they remain visible on other devices and stay if you leave Ordo.

Field notes

The sample inbox shows how the app separates messages it marks as awaiting a response from receipts, newsletters, travel notices, and other mail. The site says each label comes with a plain-language reason, uncertain messages stay in the inbox, and manual moves can be undone. Mailbox connection instructions mention app passwords, with a separate IMAP requirement for GMX and WEB.DE.
