Field notes
The homepage sets out a proposed constitution and describes the group’s political aims in its own terms. Its document listings connect the 8 October 2022 Madrid event to an act of proclamation and letters addressed to UN officials and member-state representatives. The site also points to anniversary posts, photos, video, and an agenda of further steps; these are presented as the organization’s account, not independently verified outcomes.
