Five menu-bar utilities tackle desktop cleanup, screenshot naming and pasting, copied-code formatting, and call-time talking ratios.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-08 issue.

For: Mac users with recurring desktop and workflow annoyances
Worth noticing: DeskClean sorts files into Images, Documents, and Installers, supports custom rules, and offers an Undo to restore the changes.

Field notes

DeskClean's example takes a cluttered Desktop with screenshots, documents, and disk images, then sorts files into Images, Documents, and Installers; the page says Undo can put them back. ShotName is described as reading text in each new screenshot on the Mac, while SnapPaste offers shortcuts for recent captures and says it restores the clipboard afterward. The extract shows TalkShare's call-time display but not the method behind its score.
