Field notes
The shelf lists 25 reviews with topic and reading-age labels; visitors can filter by verdict, topic, and age, or search titles. Reviews pair a thumbs-up, “meh,” or thumbs-down with a short parent account, including notes on whether a book held a child’s attention and related-book comparisons. The homepage also features a dinosaur guide and a color-book comparison; the stated 1,000-book challenge is still underway.
