- For
- People seeking guided, no-choreography movement at home
- Worth noticing
- The page separates Tuesday advanced and Thursday beginner sessions, while saying either level may attend both.
Field notes
The session description lays out a warm-up, a build in intensity with music, then a cool-down; the stretches may change from one session to another. Caro says the beginner session is guided while the advanced one leaves participants to follow the music and group energy. The page also gives a school-holiday schedule keyed to zone A in Bordeaux, including a pause during the second week of some holidays.
