Field notes
The page schedules category selection, nominations, and voting across three dated windows, with the final ballot closing the day before the gathering. It also asks participants to add songs to a shared playlist and contribute 12–15 photos; the page says some photos may be shown at the event. The location and dress code are provided, while the actual contribution pages are not included in the extracted evidence.
